Summit 1800 Rework System

The Summit 1800 is a highly flexible system with enhanced features that include increased Field of View for larger (2.5" [63mm] square) components, Motorized Component Rotation (Theta), independent Motorized Top Heater and Pick-up tube, and programmable high, medium and low Top Heater Flow Control. It is an ideal BGA rework machine.
 

As well as being Lead-Free proven, the Summit 1800 also can incorporate a number of desirable options for special applications. These include a larger (22" x 30" [559 x 762mm]) board and matching higher power (5.6kW) bottom heater, optional manual or motorized Solder Scavenging, and Top Heater Cooling Boost.

The Summit 1800 is the rework system of choice for contract manufacturers' who, because of the board product spectrum they process, require maximum versatility consistent with ease of use.
